The bit you all want to know..... When are we open and how do you get your goodies.....

We are a small family run business, at the time of typing, this isn't our full time job (unfortunately) so this is reflected in the business hours and delivery times. 
(Please note, we do usually respond when ever we can, but sometimes things do get in the way - however all emails will be responded too within 2 working days).
Current turn around time for melts is approximately 3-7 working days depending on when ordered.

Our postage is typically: 2nd Class Royal Mail - £3.70 (Under 2kg)

Orders over £35 are free postage.

For any orders within 6 miles of NE12 we offer free delivery on orders over £30. Just leave us a message with your order and leave contact details and we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for you. We aim to deliver within 3 working days.

Remember to leave a few days incase of any Royal Mail delays, especially during periods of extreme weather, busy periods or Pandemics (something i never thought i'd have to add to a website, EVER!! We can't control the weather, try as we might! We would love to be able to offer next day delivery, but we pride ourselves on keeping to our word and doing what is best for the customer. We can not always promise to get the item posted the same day, so at the moment this is not an option. If this changes, we will be sure to let you all know! If you do need something urgently, send us a message and we will get back to you and discuss options.

Please make sure all of your details are correct - double checking your address, if the parcel is sent and is returned to us, then unfortunately postage will need paid again to resend your items. Check, check and double check! If you pay via Paypal, we are only insured to send your parcel to the address given... Check Check Check!

UNFORTUNATELY - Occasionally mis-haps do happen. All packages now sent through Royal Mail do have a tracking number (unless they manage to squeeze through as a large letter), but these only usually give information to both buyer and us when the package has been or attempted to be delivered. Royal Mail has varying days on an item being classed as missing depending on circumstances (Bank Holidays, weekends etc) ... If a parcel does not turn up, please get in touch with us straight away. We will do all we can to chase up anything with Royal Mail, but nothing will be refunded or replaced until the days are up that Royal Mail gives us. This is to protect not only ourselves but also your parcel. 

OPEN/DROP BOX

Another option we offer is a drop box. We know what it's like - you see a snap bar you want, perhaps a limited edition or just something you'd like to try, but you're not wanting to keep paying the postage..... We have a solution. DROP BOX. Simply as and when you feel like it - pop onto the site and you can buy whatever you like, pay for it as you usually would, but instead of choosing your usual postage, simply select the drop box option and you will not be charged postage. Your item will be stored with us and you can add as much as you like. When you are ready to have your box shipped, simply select the close open/drop box option and your order will be posted on the next delivery date. Please note, the free postage for over a set amount does not apply for drop boxes. 

It's a perfect way to buy a few bits here and there and save on postage. Whether you would prefer it to be capped at a set amount/weight or to keep it open - it is entirely up to you.
